Message	It's paint sitting on top of your clear coat so if compound and massive forearm muscles won't remove it, you can always WETsand the tiny area with 2000grit sandpaper to remove the paint and then use a 2 stage compound to remove the light scratches and make the clear have luster again. The compounds should be 3M Rubbing compound for the first part, then Machine Polish for part 2.
